Robotized deburring cell
One of our customers was facing the problem of increasing the work pace for deburring and finishing tasks at the end of his gears production line. He presented us his project to automate these steps that were manually performed until now.
Our engineers have therefore worked on a robotized cell for the deburring and brushing of teeth outputs, as well as for grooves brushing. As handled parts can be heavy and bulky (weight up to 120 kg and dimensions up to 800 x 800 x 800 mm), they have included an automated loading / unloading facility.
